LAWRENCEBURG, Ind., DECEMBER 15, 2025 – Dearborn County 4-H gives youth the chance to explore their interests, build life skills, and get involved in their communities. That’s why Dearborn Community Foundation Board member Bridget Davidson recommended the organization for a $1,000 proactive grant.

The grant is part of the Foundation’s annual program, through which each of the organization’s 15 volunteer Board members recommends $1,000 to support an organization that enhances Dearborn County.  

The grants to charitable organizations that serve Dearborn County residents are funded through unrestricted endowment funds, established by donors to provide flexibility to address changing needs in the community over the years.

“4-H is the perfect choice for this grant because of the incredible impact it has on local youth through hands-on learning and mentorship,” said Davidson. “It’s a program that truly makes a difference. Supporting it means investing in the future leaders of Dearborn County.”
