In February 2018, Wilbert Ruff passed away at the age of 100. He resided in the St. Leon area and was a lifelong farmer. Through his estate, he established a scholarship for East Central High School seniors who share his passion for agriculture. The scholarship is named after Wilbert and his brother, the late Clarence Ruff.
Amount of Scholarship: Two Scholarships up to $1,000 each.
